Description of Sintered Mesh
Sintered filter mesh is one of the most widely used filtration materials, consisting of 3 to 8 layers (typically 5 layers). Made from stainless steel wire, monel wire, inconel or other materials, the mesh is woven or perforated before undergoing vacuum sintering to create the final product.
The multi-layer structure includes cover layer, filtration control layer, dispersion layer, support skeleton layer and skeleton layer. Available in various forms including filter discs and filter tubes.
