Description of Titanium Mesh Anode
The Titanium Mesh Anode serves as a current sink in electrochemical cells to shunt excess current away from the reference electrode. This Platinum Coated Titanium Mesh Electrode provides a cost-effective alternative to pure Platinum Electrodes while maintaining excellent performance characteristics.
The platinum coating ensures the counter electrode remains inert under reaction conditions while providing catalytic properties. Each electrode comes installed in a Basic Sample Holder (1 piece included) that allows full immersion in electrolyte with wet Tantalum contact. Suitable for both aqueous and organic solvent electrolytes, with customizable electrode sizes available.
