Mesh Structured Packing can be made of various metal materials, including low carbon steel, stainless steel, duplex stainless steel, Monel, Titanium alloy and others. This geometrically shaped and corrugated packing is available in two types based on corrugated angle: X type (30° angle) with low pressure drop, and Y type (45° angle) with superior mass transfer properties.

Metal wire gauze packing is ideal for fine chemical processing, flavors production, and isomer separation. It's particularly effective for:
  • 250(AX): Precision rectification requiring high productive capacity with fewer theoretical plates
  • 500(BX): Vacuum rectification for thermo-sensitive systems and difficult separations, especially below 7KPa pressure
  • 700(CY): Separation of isotopic and isomeric compounds
