Description of Metal Perforation Plate Structured Packing
Metal Perforated plate structured packing is manufactured from various metal plate materials. The plates are perforated to create a series of 3-6 mm holes and then corrugated. Metal Protruded Structured Packing is a specialized variant of Perforated Plate Structured Packing, featuring protrusions on the plate surface to enhance filtering efficiency.
Available in two corrugation angle configurations: X Type (30° angle) offers lower pressure drop, while Y Type (45° angle) provides superior mass transfer properties.
Material options include Stainless Steel 304, 316L, as well as Brass, 2304, and 2205 perforated metal structured packings.
