Filter Leaf Construction

Each filter leaf consists of 5-ply stainless steel wire mesh with varying gauge wires. The construction features two outer filtering meshes and three inner support layers. Different outer mesh specifications accommodate various filtration processes. The assembly is secured by a tubular frame and made leak-proof through machine riveting. Filtration quality and filter longevity primarily depend on the outer wire mesh quality and riveting precision.
