Description

Special wire filter mesh has several weaving types determined by customer requirements, including material, wire diameter, mesh size, width and length. Available in four weaving types: plain weave, twill weave, Dutch plain weave or Dutch twill weave.

Weave Types

Plain weave: The most common preparation method, widely used in industrial production and civil life (1x1mesh to 635x635mesh).
Twill weave: Primarily used for 150 mesh to 600 mesh stainless steel wire mesh.
Dutch weave: Provides good tensile strength, mainly used for liquid and slurry filtration.

Sieving and filtering in acid/alkali environments
Petroleum industry as mud mesh
Chemical fiber industry as screen mesh
Plating industry as acid cleaning mesh
