Titanium wire mesh is a high-performance metal mesh with exceptional properties. It combines low density with superior strength compared to other metal meshes. High purity titanium mesh forms a dense, inert oxide film in corrosive environments, providing outstanding resistance to seawater, wet chlorine gas, chlorite solutions, nitric acid, chromic acid, metal chlorides, and organic salts.
Titanium wire mesh offers excellent temperature stability, electrical conductivity, and is non-magnetic and non-toxic. These properties make it ideal for filter elements, anode meshes & baskets, collector meshes, shielding meshes, mist eliminators, demister pads, and tower packing applications.
