Hastelloy mesh, also known as Hastelloy wire mesh or Hastelloy mesh screen, is manufactured by weaving Hastelloy wire. Available in several grades including Hastelloy B, Hastelloy C, and Hastelloy C276, with C276 being the most commonly used. This mesh offers exceptional corrosion resistance at elevated temperatures and provides superior protection in abrasive conditions. It features excellent durability, high strength, and outstanding pressure and stress tolerance.

Hastelloy Mesh is crafted from Hastelloy alloys selected based on application requirements. It provides excellent resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, chloride and sulfur-induced stress corrosion cracking, and aqueous corrosion. Commonly used in strong acids across all concentrations and temperature ranges.
